POSITION SUMMARY:
Under minimal supervision, the ProPath Career Progression Manager is responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and supporting the effective implementation of the ProPath career progression program at Ft. Bliss. Employees in this job class serve as the primary program resource for Operations, Rehabilitation Services, site Points of Contact (POCs), managers, and supervisors by providing program oversight, training, technical assistance, and ongoing monitoring of employee career progression documentation and activities. This job class requires knowledge of rehabilitation best practices, career development frameworks, data tracking and reporting systems, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to promote accountability, consistency, and continuous improvement.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Rehabilitation Services or related field
A comparable combination of formal education and work experience will be considered.
CERTIFICATES OR LICENSES REQUIRED:
The following licenses or certificates may be required depending on local, state and/or contract requirements:
Valid Driver's License
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position operates in a professional office and site-based environment with occasional travel to program locations as required. Work may include a hybrid or on-site schedule depending on operational needs. Employees may be required to work in excess of 8 hours in a day and/or 40 hours per week.
