POSITION SUMMARY:
Under general supervision the Solutions Development Manager, collaborating with the Solutions Development Director Lead, is responsible for developing and implementing a commercial business growth as defined in the strategic solutions development latest plan its markets and opportunities for organic and new portfolio growth. Employees in this role will collaborate with teams and sponsors to execute an effective sales initiative, achieve high-quality sales outcomes that contribute to profitable business growth, drive alignment across PRIDE and provide a single joined-up approach within Manufacturing and Logistics Services (MLS), Integrated Facility Management (IFM), Facility Soft Services (FSS), and Work for Inclusion (WFI) for our clients and markets of opportunity. This position will play a key role in developing project proposals, managing the sales presentation process, coaching and developing sales representatives cross-selling and driving continuous improvement throughout the sales process. As an integral part of the business, development and solution team, the Solutions Development Manager will foster the development and implementation of best practices for sales management. Region Coverage: US East Coast and US Eastern Territories.
TYPICAL DUTIES:
1.* Responsible for participating in account and portfolio performance evaluation during the contract term as part of the Customer Experience Management (CXM) process.
2.* Support multiple portfolios encompassing locations across various regions.
3.* Responsible for driving organic growth in Account Management, achieving operating margin project and account targets, and generating a 10% year-over-year increase in new business.
4.* Assist the operations team in fostering a competent, competitive environment while driving team performance toward success.
5.* Assist workstream teams (HR, Finance, IT, etc.) with hiring, training, development, counseling, and performance evaluations
6.* Execute business development strategies by engaging in activities such as follow-up calls, converting calls into meetings, and securing new business opportunities.
7.* Foster client relationships by attending meetings, conducting property tours, and developing client follow-up materials (e.g., lease comparisons, market overviews, property summary books, prospect or client presentations, and proposals).
8.* Gather, document, update, and share market intelligence, including prospect profiles, contact information and potential market opportunities
9.* Update and maintain the Marketing Team’s research database with market trends and areas of focus.
10.* Support the client transaction process by reviewing legal documents and utilizing analytical tools, including macro-enabled financial models, to conduct financial analyses such as cash flow projections, valuation models, and sensitivity analyses.
11.* Actively participate in business meetings and weekly sales updates, utilizing updated market research to support presentation materials, publications, reports, and deliverables. Utilize market surveys and data analysis.
12.* Develop the account plan vision, ensuring alignment of objectives and driving high-quality results to facilitate future contract renewals without competitive bidding.
13. Performs duties and special projects as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Seven or more years of experience in facility operations, project management, and solutions development;
• Five or more years of sales, business development, and/or solutions development;
• Three or more years of performance management in the Good Business and Industrial Practices (GxP) environment;
• Advanced user or Quick Learner of Power BI, CRM, and web-based systems
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; to make presentations and respond to inquiries by management, team, vendors, and/or customers;
• Professional business skills to build and maintain a qualified network aligned with PRIDE’s service offerings
• Ability to support PRIDE and customers' "speed to market" needs efficiently.
• Ensure the sales process lifecycle is managed and completed successfully for project awards.
• Knowledge of contract and contracting practices requirements, service level agreements (SLA), key performance indicators (KPI), and applicable regulatory and compliance requirements
• Capability to efficiently execute, deliver, and achieve objectives aligned with PRIDE's business goals, the strategic solutions development plan, and the latest assigned SMART goals
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of PRIDE's service offerings, including but not limited to facility management, property management, manufacturing, logistics, and packaging services.
• Human relations skills to build effective relationships with team and internal customers.
• Intermediate to advanced computer literacy, including knowledge of word processing,
spreadsheet, database, and presentation software.
• Knowledge of business English, including vocabulary, spelling, and correct grammatical usage and punctuation; knowledge of other languages, such as Spanish, is a plus
• Mathematical skills to include the ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations;
• Ability to establish priorities and solve a wide range of business problems;
• Demonstrated customer service, common sense, problem solving and analytical skills;
• Flexibility to respond to changing work priorities and handle numerous projects at the same time.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors
A comparable combination of formal education and work experience will be considered.

Valid Driver's License
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance:
• Viewing computer screen/monitor
• Keyboarding
• Answering phone/making calls
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed in a normal office environment with limited privacy and some exposure to background noise or in a home office. Travel is required. Employees may be required to work in excess of 8 hours in a day and/or 40 hours per week.
