Job: HRIS Analyst

There are no direct reports with this position.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under limited supervision, the HRIS Analyst provides analytical and consultative support for the Human Resources Information System function. This role serves as a subject matter expert for specific HRIS systems and works closely with HR, IT, external vendors and other staff to provide solutions to a variety of business and HR needs. This job requires knowledge of businesses and systems supported, HR & Payroll processes and reporting requirements, PRIDE’s policies and procedures, and the ability to resolve complex issues.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors in Human Resources or related field
A comparable combination of formal education and work experience will be considered.
CERTIFICATES OR LICENSES REQUIRED:
The following licenses or certificates may be required depending on local, state and/or contract requirements:
Valid Driver's License
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance:
• Viewing computer screen/monitor
• Utilizing keyboard
• Answering phone/making calls
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed in a normal office environment with limited privacy and some exposure to background noise. Employees may be required to work in excess of 8 hours in a day and/or 40 hours per week.
